Question for Chartis Life South Africa- Chartis Insurance

Hi. I have a deduction on my Absa account for the amount of R46.16 with the following Reference number: CHARTISLIF********.
As I am turning 72 this year in September, I would like you to pay out this policy. I have no pension and find it difficult to pay this policy.
I would appreciate it very much if you can assist me with this matter.
