Question for Bright Idea Projects 2552cc

Hello I was among those people who attended the workshop of Bright Idea. I think it was 2016 if Im not mistaken. and were the group of people that were coming in Local Network of care (LNOC). so I would like to know if I lost all those three certificates of Bright idea. so my questin is what can I do to get new certificates
