Question for McDonalds - Trade Route Mall

I seen a recent article that the mcdonalds receive there mayo etc from overseas. and sanha and mjc has removed there certificates from those originally halaal certified. is this true? and if so do you also receive your products from abroad. maaf if you find this offensive but as a muslim in doubt i have to ask.
