Question for Beckleigh Investments (Pty) Ltd

As a shareholder of Little Switzerland Mountain Chalets Shareblock Ltd I can no longer afford to pay my levy. I would therefore like to sell my week but have been informed that the company are not willing to buy it from me and that I may not sell it on the open market. Is this legal and what other options do I have?
