Question for Moneyline Financial Services (pty) Ltd

Last week I found out that you had an enquiry on me on credit bureau and it is stating the same policy nr as my Alexander Forbes Insurance policy with the same debit amount. I only have Alexander Forbes and never contacted Moneyline Financial Services!! Can you plse contact me in order to remove it from my Credit Bureau record!!!!!
