Question for UCO - Universal College Outcomes

I would like to know if it's possible for me to study an Ecd coarse without matric certificate,but most importantly will I acquire matric certificate too by the time I finish this Ecd coarse,how much the registration is together with the registration due dates and where can I study or will I have to relocate as I am currently living in Qwa Qwa Phuthaditjhaba.?
