Question for VIRGIN ACTIVE - BLOEMFONTEIN

I am a member at NORTHRIDGE MALL and got myself in the neighbourhood of Fichardtpark this past weekend and decided to check in and gym there yesterday. I was denied access and told that I must pay R140 access fee. I need to indicate that previously I was allowed but this time around the manager Rochelle denied me access and referred me to Northridge Mall.
