Question for HSBC

I want to know the charges from exchanging 27k GBP into S.A. Rands and why your bank ask for many differnet charges for one transaction.I'm really confused. Please send me the exact once off amount because what I experienced is the charges when ever the document reach every office for finalising they request money.
