Question for Department Of Labour (Tzaneen)

Good day am pilusa modjadji 27 years old female, have matric,computer literacy and I done some subject unisa under safety management but I didn't complete it due to lack of money and my mother who was helping me died so my question is how can I find help from the department of labour
