Question for Wireless Sound Solutions

Hi Antoinette I am interested to give this to my 82 year old mother that lives in a retirement village. She wears a hearing aid so will she still be able to use this product. If so which one will be better for her. Please send me more info on the Clearvoice D900 and the Sennheiser set50tv and what the cost is. Thanks Monique
