Question for Kershal Aviation Training Centre

I need to complete a CRM and DG course on your website. Once I make the payment I am asked to fill in a form. 2 questions ask for administrators phone number and administrators email address. I am completing these test for myself before heading to a company which asked me to do those 2 tests and come back to them. What should I write in these two boxes to be able to go ahead?
