I have been given your name by Pam Goulding Properties as someone who might be able to inspect and then issue compliance (or safety) certificate for electricity for a property we are selling in Park View Johannesburg.
Is this near you?
Is this within your scope of work?
If so, when might you be able to visit the property to carry out the inspections?
I live in England, so will need you to liase with the Pam Goulding team.
The keys to the property are held by Pam Goulding Properties, 'The Parks Team'.
