Buying and selling properties at auction, also known as sale of execution is very profitable. At Property Share we offer investors the opportunity to earn 25% to 30% return on investment (Annualised). The buying and selling will be facilitated by Property Share & their partners.

The contractors have more than 20 years experience buying and selling property at auction. The current contractors only operate in Gauteng, this is also the most profitable region in SA. The return is calculated in the total capital cost of the property (All costs excluding finance costs) from date of purchase at the auction to the date that the proceeds are paid out.

Quick Turnaround times / Returns (between 4 and 6 months) producing excellent Annualised Returns

ROI is based on Total Expense (over and above purchase price, any renovations & transfer costs)

Option 1 : Buy - Renovate - Sell (depending on the condition)

Option 2 : Buy - Sell (depending on the condition)

Option 3 : Buy - Renovate (if necessary) - Hold (Let out the property to a tenant)

Auction Properties procured by us are undervalued reducing risk to investor - 60% of actual Market Value

Investor/s does not need to physically go to Auction, we undertake this function for the Investor/s

More than one investor (or individuals) may be involved hereby reducing the amount of Cash required e.g. Property for R600 000 x 10 investors = R60 000 each. Effectively each investor has 10% share in the property. Partnership Agreement setup between investors. 

Cash from each investor placed in Trust until the perfect Auction Property presents itself
