1. Distressed Properties - Joint Ventures / Installment Sales & Recovery's
2. Residential & Commercial Development Participation
3. Turnkey Projects which require Seed Capital (usually high level of Capital required)
4. Co-Ownership / Joint Ownership of Property
4. Auction Properties - 25% to 30% Guaranteed (Renovate then sell quickly or buy to let)

Distressed Properties :
We have a number of different contract types depending on the circumstances of the current owner and/or their intentions. The contracts mostly take the form of Recovery’s, Joint Venture's & Instalment Sale Agreements whereby the current owner of the property remains in the

property or rents the property out and our investor/s raise the necessary Cash (Capital) and invest. The property is sold on completion of the contract (usually 12 to 24 months).

All our contracts / offerings are Fully Managed by Property Share and/or our Network Partners and may either be Growth AND Income or Growth ONLY Opportunities. Income is payable Monthly and Growth always payable at term.

Property Share provides Guaranteed, Predetermined ROI's ranging from 15% and up to 150% (Annualised).

Single Investor basis or groups of investors (on arrangement). Our objective is Short Term / High Return in any Property Investment.
