CitiDoc - Cape Town

CitiDoc was founded in 2012 with the goal of making healthcare more accessible. Our free service helps patients find a doctor, dentist, or healthcare provider that accepts their medical aid in their area. Patients can search for the right doctor for their needs based on medical aid, location, specialty, and gender. They can also view verified reviews, doctor qualifications and statements, and photos of the doctors and their facilities. CitiDoc also sends e-mail and text message reminders for upcoming appointments, and wellness reminders to promote better health management. Currently, our service is restricted to the Western Cape, but we plan to expand to the rest of the country soon.
