X&Go offers five levels of configurability:

1. White label branding
2. A client dashboard that allows agents to field requests, manage users, send group messages, create surveys, and assess reports.
3. #Do Cards, a framework for creating static or "stateful" interaction-based cards that can be embedded into mobile applications or viewed in a browser.
4. An on-platform survey builder that serves questions naturally into the chat thread.
