Bounty Brands

Bounty Brands is an ambitious consumer goods business with leading brands in over 40 countries around the world. Since its establishment in 2014, its revenue has grown to over R3.2billion (US$247million) and its operating profit to R471million (US$36million), and is expected to exceed R5billion (US$350million) in revenue and R1billion (US70million) in profit by the end of 2017. Their mission is to acquire and build brands in select local and Eastern European markets, with their main focus being on Foods, Personal Care, and Home Care. Coast2Coast Capital, headed by Gary Shayne (CEO) and Cris Dillon (COO), owns and backs Bounty Brands. Established in 2007, Coast2Coast has a team of 50 investment personnel and is responsible for executing acquisitions in line with Bounty Brands' strategy.

Before the creation of Bounty Brands, Coast2Coast successfully listed Ascendis Health on the JSE's main board in the pharmaceutical sector in 2013. Most recently, Coast2Coast also established Marlin Homeware in Australia, with a vision of investing in well-established, defendable home and care consumer brands in high-growth markets outside of South Africa, with a primary focus on Australasia.
