Friendly and efficient service
Efficient, friendly service! Really goes the extra mile to assist and you can expect a job well done. Helped me with diagnosing a bizarre BIOS error that had me thinking my motherboard had kicked the bucket, but after going through all the checks Gerrie was able to get to the bottom of the issue and everything was A OK! Thanks for sparing me the headache of getting a new PC.
