No ANC provided
We ordered and paid for an ante-nuptial contract in October 2020 and received a notarized contract back, but when we wanted to purchase a property this year we learnt the contract was never submitted to the deeds office and we had been married in community of property.
We have since learnt the lawyer who was supposed to submit our contract never did so (along with several other ANCs) and fraudulently claimed that he did. The company has now been liquidated and we are trying to claim back funds from the liquidators but the website is still live - don't use them.

Seem like scam
Did our Anc contract with them for our marriage in 2020. It has been a year and we still have not received it back. Now we're bonding for a property and needed the contract yet no phone number, and emails does not get replied.

NOT recommended, stay away

Not convinced this is a real firm.
I paid for a with counsel package to open a trust. The turn around time for contact was swift but no trust was ever set up. Key legal components were treated with an optiinal attitude. Legal and identify documents were sent at my expense each time their process was stalled, only to be returned to me by registered service. I feel like I have been on a wild goose chase. I have requested a refund since the product in the cart was not delivered (8 months later) and again there is a stalling process, told that the lawyer no longer longer work for the company and no alternative contact. The website clearly discourages contact and does not make available contact details openly or address details. Be very wary of going for this product/service.
