We operate from a 2100 sq/m Production facility in Montague Gardens.
Green Catering employs a large team of dedicated permanent staff.
We maintain strict hygiene standards & consistency in our products.
OPERATIONAL MANAGERS
A strong operational team is in place to ensure delivery to the highest standards of service.
All our vehicles are fitted with a tracking device, keeping us informed exactly where our vehicles are at any given time.

Focusing her energies on Strategizing, Business Development & Event Conceptualization.
Riaan Fourie, Partner, explores opportunities and is responsible for growing our group’s Market share, securing and negotiating contracts and partnerships for major Sporting and Special Events, together with Premium Commercial Enterprises and Food Retailers in existing and new targeted geographical areas.
Riaan inspires the green team with his enthusiasm, integrity, energy and genuine approach of living by our Vision, Mission & Values.
Riedwaan Rooknodien, Executive Head Chef/Partner, is committed to working with his dedicated team of Chefs, ensuring that every dish or item is prepared to its full potential in flavours & presentation.
Riedwaan, a top Silwood student, worked under the mentorship of Peter Goffe-Wood, Clayton Bell, Garth Stroebel and James Robins.
Riedwaan’s excellent knowledge of food, earned him the responsibility of Menu & Kitchen planning for 154 000 guests nationally, at the largest sporting event of the world.
