If you have been scammed keep all records of e-mails smses whatsapp. Contact consumer council and your bank, fill in a charge back form, put it on hellopeter ,let hippo know let all loan companies know ,get their Ncr number hand them over to ombudsman facebook twitter etc. They say 2 hours hours turn into weeks etc. You have a minimum of 45 days to make a case with your bank and i think 6 months with consumer council

They ask for "an insurance fee" upfront and I tested the theory and sent an image of my supposed application form. They got back to me immediately and someone using a WhatsApp business number told me to check my email. They said that "admin" would be in touch with me. I did not trust this and immediately went to check reviews. All the reviews say the same thing. And the ones that give good reviews all sing the same song. It is absolutely disgusting that you get sharks out there who claim to want to help desperate people out. How much have they stolen from hard working individuals. I wonder. Please do not buy into this nonsense!!!

They never deliver, they are a scam and they never pay you back, I have been asking for a refund for months now and they don't even answer me... It's all a hoax and they take advantage of people

Please my beloved South Africans don't even try to get in touch with Finsap they will steal from you. The South African Police should intervene in such cases where the people are been robbed.

They scam you of your hard earned money. Do not pay any money over to them. belief me it will be the last the you hear of them. They give you profile and everything but you never see the money

Fake advertising, no credible lender will lend you money if you have a low credit score. Finsap is just trying to scam hard-working South Africans out of their money, all good reviews are fake.

I received what I consider a very good rate. Everything was seamless, making it a stressless professional application. Finsap Loans is a great organization that I highly recommend.

No Transparency. No fee structure and all payments done to individuals bank accounts. Every single time as you think now all is paid and your loan is done and will be transferred to your account they asked another fee even if being asked and got on writing that no more fees is applicable. Now they won't even pay back all the money I already paid them without paying another fee. When asked for contract and proof of insurance no answer. Very unprofessional and really misleading.

Why don't you answer your phone if someone is trying to call?
