Don't order online for pizza hut
After last night (Saturday 14th March 2020) I highly doubt I will be returning to Pizza Hut Milnerton any time soon.
After placing my order on the pizza hut app at 19.23 14/03/20 (I have a screenshot) for delivery...I am still waiting 15/03/20
I should also mention the app says it would delivered in 30 minutes after I confirmed the order.
(Keep in mind I stay 3km from this branch.)
And to make it even worse there's no way to contact the branch or head office.
Absolutely no communication.
Sent feedback on the app but nothing.
If I wanted to drive there, I wouldn't have ordered for delivery.

Such bad service
Contact number is always not available right now.
Food always late.
No apologies, no explanation.
The milnerton store is really such a disappointment. Eventually when you do get through they just say oh I see your order, I will have ot with you in 25 minutes. so then you have to wait an extra 25 minutes after already waiting almost a hour!
What a disgrace.
