I have made order and never received it from this guy called Jonathan Im really disgusted.

I ordered a cellphone online on 15/9/2019 and paid via EFT ....... Jonathan sent me an email within 2 days thanking me for my order and that he will liaise with me ..... never heard from him unless i send him AN email and then he promise to give progress on the purchase but I never hear from him. Their replies on WHATSAPP ******** appear to be automatic replies ....its like this person/business is beyond reproach.

I threatened to report to Commercial Crimes Unit but he seem to be unconcerned, knowing that nothing is gonna be done to them or anything to them at all by the lawfull authorities ------- its a travesty that someone can get away with this scam with many people and nothing is being done about it ----- are there then no authorities that would care to put a stop to this scamming or are we really a lawless country that overlook the reprehensible conduct of this company........... the website has no physical address but it is open to receive NEW ORDERS all the time.

I have ordered a smart watch through technify and i did not receive it as promised, no commuinication after i sent numerous email and i called too, Jonathan was not picking up his phone, i am totally disgusted, my order number is 1441, it was on the 28/08/2019

Jonathan is definitely not a credible person. Fruitless communications. No goods or refund since 7 August 2019. Still waiting for my refund today. This is not only about the goods, but the time and money I spend to contact him. No feedback, unless I enquire with obvious empty promises. He needs to be investigated and the ombudsman must be advised of such dealings. I am disgusted

I purchased goods advertised on Facebook by Technify on 6 May 2019 but I never received the goods to this day. Numerous attempts to get a refund from them (Jonathan) has been fruitless. He keeps promising payment but cannot produce any proof of payments. THIS IS A SCAM!!!
