A case has been opened at sap.He is telling people he is busy suing me that is not true he can’t sue me Because he gave my permission if I don’t get my money i can name and shame him

If anyone can give assistance please help share this I’m am not the only one there is more i just can’t give names
People are feeling sorry for him I’m the victim not Bertus de beer he still have my money
He told mw over and over again my parcel was pick up and then i ask him can someone pick it up in roodepoort HE SAID NO HE WILL REFUND AND STILL NOTHING

i have had the same issue , placed an order had to pay upfroint the full amount
to date june 2019 no delivery. all types of excuses of a divorce, icu in hospital, delivery guy went to the wrong place

BERTUS DE BEER/ TOOLECTRIC/XPERT RECRUITING:
This is a complaint of FRAUD and theft. Bertus de Beer is a fradster and a thief. It seems he is working with a lawyer whom will also be reported to the law society for unethical conduct.
He was paid for materials and goods to be delivered, however fail to do so.
Currently outstanding is R4855.00 of corporate wear and PPE. Continuous failure to deliver with ENDLESS promises and stories.
Paid him for recruitment also, he never done any screening or checks whatsoever. Paid him R8500 for this pisspoor service as well.
Boehoe... getting divorced and then on depression medication. Bla bla bla!!!
Everyday is another story.
Bertus deBeer is a massive fraudster and con-man.
Do NOT trust him at all.
