Worst service ever
Worst service possible, if you think of geeting a solar system please dont use ddd(dennis doesn't deliver) i can wright a book of their non existing after sale service, 2nd hand produckts, feel free to contact me 060 885 4869

Our after sales does not cover a customer that overloads his system with other components thats not included in the original installation in which case our team explained to the customer what the system can run and what not( adding a flat to the system, when you were quoted on a system for your house only). Our customer service where more than useful as we exchanged your battery free of charge, when you complained about faults with the battery. ( we tested the battery and found no faults but still gave you a brand new one) we also went out to the customers house numerous times to help with the system, and also assisted numerous times telephonic about the settings.
