On a train somewhere between New York and Boston in 2012, during a journey to an MIT business program, Andrew Northcott used over a decade of international success in the recruitment industry to come up with a plan to fully automate the HR industry for seamless recruitment, scheduling, timesheets and payroll functions.

What began as a basic, Australian-based scheduling and payroll software platform has now expanded into an end-to-end cloud based solution that gives employers flexible management of the entire employee lifecycle.
