Shocking workmanship and threatened my client
A client of mine had the misfortune of using Avanti Spas. After paying for the spa there was one problem after another. Ernest then sent an invoice for a repair of something under warranty, and which should not have been charged, and when my client refused to pay Ernest threatened her. I reported this to the SAPS.

Unacceptable quality and service
The Spa I ordered arrived after many broken promises of delivery dates, eventually arrived damaged, not working and of totally unacceptable quality. to cut a long story short I was told that if I returned the spa he would carry our repairs. this was unacceptable to me and in terms of the consumer protection act I requested Ernst return my deposit which he has refused to do. I now have a useless spa bath and they have my money. the matter is now in the hands of the National Consumer Commission
