professional contractors and handymen. Home owners can now have peace of mind knowing
that they do not have to worry about being cheated and taken for a ride.
Totally Property vets and checks (criminal & workmanship) of all contractors and handyman
before they can list on the platform. At the end of each task, the home owner rates the service
provided. Ratings are continually reviewed and are available as part of the contractor or
handyman selection process by home owners. Payments are not released to contractor until
work is certified as complete. Every transaction through the platform is insurance backed to a
certain value and adjudication services are provided where a service dispute arises.
