Anmar Baking Systems is based in Durban, KZN, and service the entire KZN area, Eastern Cape and Gauteng. We additionally install, supply and maintain throughout South Africa. We also supply and Install internationally, including Qatar, Dubai, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Malawi and Zambia.
Our Work Description:
We fulfill the following Criteria:
The Equipment we manufacture specializes in maintaining Quality within the Bakery manufacturing process, including ingredient savings by the accurate measuring of ingredients to be used, as well as streamlining the timing process through the correct control of temperatures and processing environment, and saving energy consumption.
• Specialised Bakery Equipment manufacturer – Including, but not limited to:-
1. Flour Handling System (From mini  
Show more bulk to Bulk storage solutions), with accurate automated weighing of ingredients.
2. Water Chillers/Heaters (Dough Temperature Controller) – Ensures consistent and accurate Dough Temperature Control for prooving.
3. Proovers– Accurate Environment control to ensure the efficient proving process
4. Retard Proovers – Prepare for Overnight Retard Process, allowing Time AND Labour savings for fresh hot product for Store openings.
• Plant Bakery:-
1. Conveyors – Automated movement of pans, lids and product between Equipment Point A & B.
2. Coolers – Cooling product in controlled environment, with temperature monitoring, to eliminate loss of moisture, increasing shelf life and Quality of products.
• Training:-
1. Bakery Training – We offer training for your staff to educate them on:
a. Baking Procedures
b. Machine and Equipment Operations
c. Test baking and Bread knowledge
d. Bakery Management
This allows your Bakery to run efficiently and effectively as your staff are knowledgeable about what the equipment can do for them, and can enhance the quality and consistency of your product, saving Valuable time and money.
