Brainwave structure

Three basic concepts:
•promoting
•tutoring
•admin

--Promoting

You will receive a code which will be your company ID. You will use this code to market the business. All clients will use your code to get a 10% discount which you should tell them. You will be paid a 20% commission for all deals signed with your code. You will receive a subsequent 5% of all deals that are signed from members that are directly connected to you( members that were recruited with your code). Teachers will be required to sign a contract to allow Brainwave tutors to tutor in their classrooms under their supervision. Teachers will earn commission on all referrals. This 20% is more or less R1000, and R250 for the 5%.

Members that promote are typically: Tutors, teachers,

--Tutoring

You will be signed on as a member to the Brainwave family. You will need at least a 70% in the subjects that you would like to tutor. If you don't have a high enough mark you can still apply to join to become a promoter which is described above. You will be paid well. If you are diligent and honorable to our cause you will be paid more, you will be allocated more clients and even be allowed to conduct small group lessons where you will earn extra for each additional client. You will need to have a car, a private place to tutor(bench, table with chairs) often we don't allow tutoring at the clients home. If the client needs tutoring at their home then it can be organized accordingly which means you will need a car or transport to their home.

Members that are typically Tutors include: Teachers, students at university with an average above 60%, retired teachers, matriculants on gap year who want to travel the world whilst making some money.



--Admin

We have a team that is currently in place. We are looking to expand and as a result are always in need of a responsible person to join us. Your skills will be made of some of the arts of communication, conflict resolution, programming, web design, graphics, sales, marketing and research. We are looking for people to manage the growing body of employees and the constant inflow of potential clients. If you are able to convert potential clients into signed clients efficiently (24 hours) using our goodwill as a backing you are who we look at. Naturally we can't take everyone but if you're interested in joining the team on either a part time or full time basis you should enquire by application. Your record must be clean with proof of this in he form of a police clearance certificate. Your work ethic must be impeccable and your tardiness outstanding. We don't like normality we despise it as no normal man ever changed the world. We offer this job to teachers who have some extra time after school to supervise the tutor and their students. Teachers will need to sign an agreement to allow Brainwave tutors to tutor in their classrooms under their supervision.


Members that are admin staff are typically: Teachers, retired admin staff, grandparents, stay at home moms, school admin staff.

What you need:
•valid ID
•matric certificate
•CV
•police clearance certificate after we start processing your other documents
•drivers license

What we need:
-someone who can design a mobile app for us to market this business.
-the app needs to be able to input the tutor's location constantly and track it
-the app needs to be able to send out messages to relevant tutors when jobs become available
-the app needs to have a job page with approximate distances from the tutors General location.
-the app needs a profile page for each tutor, admin officer and promoter
-the app needs an internal discussion board for online tutoring which is charged per second similarly to the setup of whatsapp but conversations can only start when the client has Brain minutes.
