Cancelled my booking and refuses to refund my booking
I had a booking for 29 Dec, paid the deposit at beginning of April, in August I received an email telling me that they cant do the trip on 29th Dec as their driver was liquidated and they sorry they cant give my money back. Who pays a driver more than 6 months in advance???? Party Bus, please repay my funds. I did not cancel the trip, you did and you need to lodge a claim with your drivers liquidator (if the liquidation story is even true).
