My target customer includes teenagers looking to get into shape and being envied by their peers. Mothers looking to lose weight and return to the clothing size they once were and busy executives looking to do quick and effective workouts along with the correct nutritional habits. Target age group is 16 to 50 years of age who live in the Sandton area.
My mission is to change the way people feel about working out , making the gym a fun place to be and ensuring each session is enjoyable. Changing people’s lives to love being healthy and proud of what they see when they look in the mirror. Practicing what I preach, day in and day out, calorie in and calorie out.
