Your face in your 20s
You begin to lose “baby fat” as you head into your 20s. Early signs of aging may appear, wrinkles caused by facial movement such as frown lines and “crow’s feet.”
■ Course of action
Begin using retinol-based skin care products. Botox is a great option to help prevent the development of permanent wrinkles in your 30’s and 40’s.
Your face in your 30s
While you still look youthful, you may notice your skin looks dull and less radiant. Previous sun damage may intensify the start of small brown spots and you may develop dilated blood vessels, particularly around the sides of your nose. Creases may form in the triangular area between your nose and the corners of your mouth.
■ Course of action
Give skin an overall boost with a chemical peel. Starting Botox and fillers like Juvederm at this age can actually decrease the progression of aging and in the long run you may need less to maintain a youthful appearance.
Eyes: Under eye circles, crow’s feet, and slight drooping of the upper eyelid can all be corrected with Botox and filler.
Your face in your 40s
As you enter your 40s, lines begin to appear around the upper lip — and if you smoke, they’ll come faster and deeper. Be prepared to see more wrinkles in your forehead and crow’s feet around your eyes, plus a deepening of the smile lines.

SCLEROTHERAPY
Vein therapy is an excellent solution to unsightly and troublesome legs.
Spider veins are formed by the dilation of a small group of blood vessels located close to the surface of the skin. Spider veins are most commonly found on the face and legs and appears like a red or purple sunburst pattern. Varicose veins are located deeper than spider veins and often look blue. Sclerotherapy is a technique used to treat veins by injecting the vein with an agent called a sclerosant. The sclerosant is injected with a very small needle into the vein affecting the vein lining, causing its destruction. The vein hardens and is absorbed by the body.

FACIAL SHAPING WITH INJECTABLE FILLERS
When it comes to facial rejuvenation, maximum results can only be achieved through surgery. For those who aren’t ready to go under the knife, or who just plain don’t need such a dramatic difference, your best option may be injectable fillers for significant results in facial contouring.
Traditional areas that have long been treated with fillers are the lips (both for vertical lines and augmentation) and the nasolabial folds (to fill in the “commas” that extend from the nose to the mouth).
