Gerhard van der Merwe Attorneys specialize in debt collecting through emoluments attachment orders on a contingency basis and is responsible for all legal issues, pertaining hereto. Gerhard van der Merwe attorneys make use of the specialized Attorneys computer program called “Legalsuite”, customized to the Groups needs. This enables us to with the push of a button, compile extensive progress reports detailing all aspects of a client’s handover.

Fermar (Pty) Ltd

Fermar (Pty) Ltd, which forms part of the same Group, supplies the administrative support required by Gerhard van der Merwe Attorneys to give effect to successful and cost effective debt collecting on behalf of clients.

In February 2008, Legad (Pty) Ltd was introduced into the Group as Franchises, to act as liaison between the Group and our clients and to obtain signed consents to emoluments attachment orders (Section 58’s)
