Incorrect quote
I have asked for a quote, received it and an hour later after quoting my client, I was informed that I was quoted incorrectly. I was very upset as there was a 14k difference in price.
I was very upset with the new price. I was then told if I'm not happy with the new quote I can take my business elsewhere.This is extremely unpleasant and very unprofessional!
