pathetic poor customer service very disappointed you don't get the option to wait 24 hours to make a payment but you wait over 24 hours to get help paid sim activated but they still cant get my sim card to work they say optimize you do that they say matter resolved without even calling to ask if its working you call yourself but the same thing is told to u again i don't think this network should be recommended in anyway

Rain's nonexistent service provider and customer service is costing my business money. I demand answers as to why they cannot deliver wifi as a business and service provider
