Please supply me with any documentation te my account. I pay R43.66 per month and have no documentation from you. What kind of policy/insurance is this. Please advise soonest. Thanks

Very poor In all aspects accept raking in the money. No documentational updates, no personal contact, No feedback, no way of email contact, I would like them to refund all my 80+ mother in law's premiums she religiously paid all these years, please, Help?

I have tried on several occasions to secure policy documentation (Chartis Life), however all attempts proved futile. A consultant informed that documentation will be emailed after 3-4 working days, this unfortunately never happened.
It’s rather sad and not to mention frustrating that premium goes off every month without the necessary documentation being forwarded.

I have a policy with Chartis Life for which I have never received documentation. This policy has been running for as long as I can remember, but all attempts to contact them have been futile!!!

Does anyone have any information on how to get hold of somebody reliable within the company in order to get the documentation I require?

This company is a scam as they never send you a copy of the policy you are paying for. I am requesting my Bank to block/cancel this debit order immediately

I cancelled CHARTISLIF******** and CHARTISLIF******** more than a year ago.and it stop to deduct. This month it is deducting again. Please refund me

For a long time I tried to stop this but somehow you find a way around this
please reverse all the monies you deducted from my account
