HOW DO WE DO THIS

• All companies no matter how small or large has to comply with BEE legislation.
• By using Silver Solutions Fund which is a fully fleshed company, you will save the following on your overheads:
• In terms of BEE legislation and codes statement 700 companies have to contribute a minimum of 1% of NPAT to this category.
• This can be done by contributing to your own program or to a NPO which develops black people and of which more than 75% of people assisted are black.
• We comply with this regulation and you can therefore transfer your costs of security to your social development portion as well as the fact that we are BEE compliant Level 4 (100%). You can claim a minimum of 100% of the procurement.
• There is also a 25% tax deductible benefit in terms of the Tax Law.
