Reviews of TWF Travel - Pretoria

I am honestly dissatisfied about the service I received from Twf (Khodani Maswime) and im find no joy working with her. I am scheduled to stay in Rusternburg for 2 weeks and she booked as she said the only guesthouse that she could find me a space on for the duration of my stay. Upon arrival i already picked up number of things i am not happy about at that gueasthouse ....as it was late i stayed and called her first thing the next morning (11/10/2016) requesting to be moved elsewhere. To date i am still waking up in the same place, i do not believe she even took my request seriously. No correspondence unless i call or email her.
I have been and still having a miserable stay in town for almost two weeks now. I even reminded her that as her client my comfort away from home should be of her concern but probably she is saying ' I did my job and found you accommodation So deal with it'. For two weeks she cant tell me all places are fully booked, to add to that i took it upon myself to call one of the hotels in town and they did have a space available for me to check in that night....but she still insists they are fully booked now i wonder if she even calls them.

This has been the most unkind horrible and dissatisfactory Service ever revieced if i had my way i wouldn't like to have her process any of my trips in future.
