Senor Splash Pool & Hardware - Vereeniging

A faulty chlorinator was sent in by my daughter for repairs three weeks ago and after numerous empty promises to return or install the the "repaired" module it is still not installed or returned. The staff is full of promises "this afternoon" for over two weeks. These guys are a bunch of very unprofessional people. Stay away from them. This matter will be escalated to the consumer council. Really worse and unprofessional service.

Electricals were a mess. After coming back to sort it out, it was still faulty- pool light works on pump wiring so it has to permanently stay on. The pool lining is bubbling and peeling and the pool has not even been in for three months. After empty promises to fix the problem, they are now not even bothering to respond to my emails.
