Dissatisfaction
Am very dissapointed with the chicken I bought from one of your stores its rotten I actually spent R238 for meat that we couldn't even eat.am angry and disappointed at the same time I feel robed of my money

Early closing
I went to buy food at 1:40 pm they said they closed already when look at the trading hours it's says they closes 2pm on Sundays. I'm very disappointed to come all the way looking at the time and employees run a shop as they wish.Welkom hungry lion

card offline
I wanted to buy food from your store but was told that the card does not work its been offline the whole week. So I had to leave without food.

Brand shaming experience
My very 1st experience at the newly opened watergate branch in Lentegeur both literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth. The batch of chicken in my 7 piece order was undercooked, bloody and stringy. I returned it to the store for a new batch which was no different. This was today, Saturday the 16th of Dec 2017. I have totally lost my taste for your product where I was a huge fan before. I am sure you will be getting more complaints about this branch soon. Totally unacceptable.

Unhappy customer
I visited hungry lion in Bizana on the 01/12/2017. It's my first time vising the outlet and I am sure its the last. The service I recieved from Nombini was the worse ever. I was charged more than the price on display when I asked why I was told that the price went up on the system.

Old meat
I am extremely disgusted by the westgate mall hungry lion. Yesterday we bought the tuesday special only to find the meat old and smally our as i speak we are experiencing tummy pains and a runny tummy since last night. I will never eat at hungry lion again very disgusting

I would like to express my unhappiness and very disturbed experience at your promenade branch in mitchells plain.I live in mitchells plain and is a regular contributor at your store,but I dont even wantvto sound like im exaggerating but tge honest truth that everytime for the past 4/5 times when visited there seems to be a problem with my order.I so much love your spicy chicken and wings but everytime I order that they pack plain chicken without even consulting or asking...I then dont see the reason why your cashier is asking me spicy or plain and like I said this probably happend 3 times...and I would complain to the manager on duty but it just doesnt stop...Tonight I stood in a line for almost half an hour which I dont mind ...but then expect my food to be correct...just because I am who I am...I had to wait almost 30 min for my order and guess...what???plain chicken packed again when I always and only buy spicy chicken...No problem they repacked it...and I check again...guess what????one piece of chicken short...my orders are always more than 150 rand and spend it there every week...I have had it now...last but not least...your manager on duty was the guy packing my order the first time and the second time...what if I didnt check for all the times they messed it up ,got home and get whatever they feel like giving me....that branch needs serious attention with packing and not communicating to customers rather than doing their own thing...I am very much disappointed and fear every time I walk in there that something will be wrong with my order...

I did not get what i wanted bcz they did not have measurement for regular chips, the managers attitude was very bad and the service was poor

I have to say I'm very upset at the service received at hungry lion Promanade mall last night and on Saturday afternoon. I went to hungry lion with my two very hungry little boys as I usually do on a Tuesday, decided to place my order and and order a bit more only to be told 42 minutes later that the system is not adding my order and that i would need to wait.

After waiting for an hour I asked the Manager Thakeera or something to give my money back and she had me wait another 15 minutes before doing this. I feel it's unfair as the cashier could have asked for the order after she knew the system was faulty.

I will never eat at hungry lion again and all this after being a loyal customer at the Westgate mall branch treating my kids like this I'd rather go to kfc very upset really.

The worst service ever at Hungry Lion Baywest. Order number 327. Tran ********. Wings was so full of oil. Waited a full extra 10 min. For it. Then recieved the wrong ones. I asked for the new spicey hot wings and got plain wings. Coleslaw tasted off and was very watery. Service doesnt exist, staff all more busy with each other than concentrating on their work at hand. No wondershe got the order wrong. Next time ill rather support KFC across from hungry lion
