Primi Piatti - World:Head Office - Sea Point

There was 1 waiter serving about 10 tables. The wrong order kept being brought to us. We waited over an hour for food and when the food did come we ate 1 bite each and paid the bill which was R600 for food that was absolutely horrible. I've had to throw away everything that I bought so my R600 is down the drain and mind you it was just my husband, 2 kids both don't have big appetites but didn't eat at all after they tasted the 1st bite. The pizza had dough all around the pizza but absolutely nothing towards the center... I am absolutely disgusted with Primi Gateway and will never recommend them to anyone.

I have been experiencing several mistreatment from the manager of V&A waterfront who goes by the name Hassan, today was the worst & i have had enough of his discrimination & lack of professionalism towards black people. I have been a regular at Primi V&A waterfront for a good 10 years+ way long before his time & i have never been so disgusted by his racial preferences.

I arrived at 15h04 today signed up the entrance sheet & then i decided i wanna go to the toilet & change from my work clothes to some more relaxed clothes, he said he would have me sitted as soon as i get back.. When i got back there was a long line pre dominantly whites & he all of a sudden acted as if i wasn't there a few minutes ago & told me to join the queue THE AUDECITY & DISRESPECT OF THIS IDIOT who has no respect for loyal customers. I have a long list of complaints about this fool, i have been mistreated multiple times. Last week he refused to sell me a bottle of wine & said by 19h30 there should be no alcohol on tables but he had the audacity to serve it to a white couple!!!!

i told him today i am never coming back & he said "That's good". That has fueled me to keep going back & record all his racist, rude, racial preferences & unprofessional service & i will take it to all social platforms . I am gatvol of this idiot.

MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO PP ON THE 10 JANUARY 2020 AND WERE THERE JUST AFTER 9.20PM. IT TOOK US OVER 50 MINUTES TO RECEIVE OUR FOOD. AND THIS WAS AFTER WE ASKED FOR IT. OUR FOOD HAD NO FLAVOUR AND WE KNOW WHAT IT SHOULD TASTE LIKE AS ITS OUR FAVOURITES. WE WERE ASKED ONLY ONCE IF WE WANTED DRINKS AND AFTER 50 MINUTES OF WAITING WE HAD FINISHED OUR DRINKS. MY HUSBANDS PORTION LOOKED SMALL AND WE RAISED OUR CONCERNS WITH MANAGER WHO TOOK PLATE AWAY AND JUST TOPPED IT UP WITH MORE PASTA!!!
WE DID NOT EVEN HAVE CONDIMENTS AND HAD TO ASK FOR THESE.
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. WILL RATHER GO TO THE OTHER RESTAURANTS AT EDEN. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

On Saturday my family went to Primi at Gateway to have lunch and were met with digusting service from the floor manager Peppe d'Amico.We asked for a table for ten and told Peppe that we would wait to be seated.I then left my family after five minutes and went to the cinema level as there was something that I needed to attend to there.I made my way back to Primi ten minutes later and met my family in the open area
outside(near the pond).I asked my wife why they had moved and she told me that Peppe had been extremely rude and confrontational(coming right up in her face) with her when after waiting for about ten minutes she had asked about the progress on the table as she saw numerous other people being seated ahead of them.I went to Primi Gateway and asked peppe why he had been so abrupt with my wife to which he replied that "If I had a problem with him he would 'PUNCH ME OUT'"I invited him to "do it".Thereafter I turned and walked away and Peppe started swearing and ran after me.I turned around and once again told him that if he wanted to "PUNCH Me OUT" he should "do it".Thereafter he came right up to my face in an agressive manner.I asked him how he could behave in such a manner to which his reply was that "COOLIES and KAFFIRS are only good for their money".I turned and walked away and Peppe continued to swear at me saying"F... you and your fat wife"
