Broad Road Pharmacy:After hours - Wynberg

I have been reading messages on a mouth ulcer site and there is a chap called Gavin who resides in Wynberg who states that he bought Orabase in a Wynberg pharmacy. Does not give the name so trying my luck. We used to get Kenalog in Orabase, but it was discontinued without a reason Bristol Myers Squibb will not say why. Then people of the UK talk about Adcortyl which apparently has the same ingredients, then there is talk of Orabase which this chap Gavin talks about. Do have any or do you have any suggestions, mouth ulcers are killing me and my pharmacy in Weltevreden Park in Johannesburg has no answers?
