Poor Customer Service

I took the time to draw the attention of the Managing Director to the fact I was dissatisfied with the purchase of the 4 boxes of SYMBIO (EC) tablets.

The Managing Director has failed / refused to respond to my letter and this gives me an impression of the “I don’t give a damn attitude,”

Each of the 4 bottles had 5 SYMBIO (EC) tablets instead 15 tablets. All 4 bottles had the same Batch Number: Lot 15H101.

It is through consumer advise such as mine that a company is able to monitor their products and maintain your high quality standard.

I trust that thorough investigation is conduct a as to where the defect occurred and recommended procedures are implemented to prevent recurrence of defects and my complaint is resolved amicably.
