Rental Giant are happy to charge owners a management fee every month yet do absolutely nothing to justify that fee.

Tenant stopped paying rent and the Rental Giant did nothing. It was up to me to get them evicted. This was also a tenant that they sourced and vetted.

Before signing of agreements and when you are a potential customer they are happy to talk to you. Once agreements/contracts are signed they are incredibly difficult to get hold of. Replies to simple questions take days to get answered. And when they do respond they don't answer on a point by point basis but choose to selectively answer and then ignore the rest.

Do yourself a favour and choose another agent.
