Funeral Policy
My mother passed away and I have contacted Channel Life and spoken to Sanlam Call centre. But when I give them the policy number they are unable to trace the policy. I have phoned 011 359 7700 but no one is picking up. Can you please assist.

Service horrible
I phoned this morning to inform you I can afford to pay anymore R68.00 for this cancer channel life policy then the gentleman advise me that I will however forfitt my money if I cancel, I will not been taken as a fool I will take you to piece if you as company take my money that I have been paying over 10yrs. Please call me urgently as I will go to take steps if no one is calling me back TODAY
