Inkunzi Kitchens & Furniture - New Germany

Very disappointed in this company. After a very poor job (company selected by developers in a new estate) their materials and workmanship are poor. When trying to vontact to correct flaws they dissapear.

I would like to share the poor service I received from Inkunzi Kitchen and Furniture. After having my kitchen cupboards installed 2 years ago with the above company I had experienced a number of quality issues on the workmanship. Upon addressing Marcus, the owner of Inkunzi Kitchen and Furniture he stated that the supplier had provided him with inferior products and will rectify the defaults. After making numerous calls to him he eventually started passing the buck to the supplier and refused to take ownership in rectifying the problem. We have signed a contract with him that confirms the quality of products we have purchased and the service he was to provide. To date he refuses to take our calls. In our last attemps to contact him he responded in a very rude and arrogant manner. He sells his product in a very convincing manner but fails to delivery.
