My parents had a policy with B3 we buried my father last year 2020 LT Ntsoelengoe and we asked for 8ffeet and the consultant promised she will tick on the form for 8 feet, little did we know when my Mom passed on this year in March 2021 we asked for the reopen as she wanted to be buried together with our father we had to go to Randfontein municipality as the consultant didn't tick on the form for 8 feet hen I asked the municipality to do 8 feet for my Mom so that we can exhume our Dad to be buried with my Mom .We are busy with the process at the moment and I feel its unfair as it was your consultant mistake ,it will be far if you assist us with the cost or give us the casket as we need to get the new casket for Dad. When I explained to the consultant she told me we must buy a new box i feel that you should carry the cost.
