Reviews of St John:Eye Clinic - Cape Town

I called Woodstock br in the morning and they said I'll get a call back, called again around 14:00pm they said before 16:00pm, 16:00pm I called and phone rang for 5minutes no answer, I was really keen on doing business with st john's eye clinic but I have to book my eye test elsewhere.

I went to St John eye clinic at Somerset west on 04-08-2020.For an eye test with a letter that I get from the Company I was going to work for. The optmetrics said it's fine He will do all the test as stated in the letter from the Company. Then he did a normal eye test. I sent a feedback to the Company their response was it is insufficient information, I went back to the person who was helping me with an eye test he appologised and take my bank details for a refund. Then I went back to them On 11-08-2020 the story was different they told me they don't do refund and they don't have an idea how am I going to get refund if I have an energy or enough money I should go to Centrion Johannesburg and good luck I was grained. I won't lie felt very Small that Cashier was so rude. Unfortunately I didn't get a job I am emotional in my bed right now.
