Reviews of Wimpy - Kloof Village Mall

I am a regular at this Wimpy due to my children! Got here today had to wait to be seated, then out table got cleaned & we were ignored for about 15 odd minutes. In the meantime I had to send my daughter to fetch the menus for us. I then had to stop another waitress to ask her to send our waiter or waitress to us, took another 5 odd minutes more. By now we decided to leave. I understand it's month end weekend but no excuse for the terrible service or wait! We placed our orders & was specific about the strawberry milkshake. Drink orders arrived with the milkshake order wrong. We told the waiter who then took it back only to probably remove the toppings ( not done well as we could see it in the milkshake) & just put fresh cream on top as initially requested. To start with that is just poor service & the milkshake was not full in the cup! We are still waiting for our food order, who knows how long. I will now make it my duty not to be a regular. Food is not great & service & staff attitudes leave a lot to be desired. Hope this gets resolved as bad service leads to poor support from customers
